House Rules for Marbella Vacation Rental Apartments

  • Check-in: From 16:00 unless otherwise agreed.
  • Check-out: By 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.
  • The door code is personal and confidential. Guests are responsible for its security.
  • Use the apartment for its intended purposes and maintain order.
  • Do not allow strangers into your room.
  • Ensure your apartment door is properly closed when leaving.
  • Smoking is not permitted indoors. A €200 fine applies for violations. Smoking is allowed in the backyard.
  • Do not remove items from the apartment. Guests are liable for lost or damaged items.
  • Marbella Vacation Rental is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
  • Be respectful. Loud noise, disruptive behavior, or disrespect toward neighbors, guests, or staff is not tolerated.
  • Apartments are for accommodation only. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
  • Exceeding the number of guests or hosting parties between 23:00 and 7:00 will result in eviction without refund and a €200 fine.
  • Extra cleaning beyond normal service will incur a €150 charge.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations require confirmation and may include a deposit.
  • Full payment is due before arrival.
  • Cancellations 7 and more days before check-in are fully refundable; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be requested.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties relating to our website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

Limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury;

Limit or exclude liability for fraud;
